Fantastic Night with the Space Noddles The Space Noodles hosted a fun concert at the Royal Room Seattle on March 31. 79 tickets were sold, and they performed an hour and a half of Italian Pop for a multicultural audience. The Space Noodles are proud to bring Italian Pop Music to Seattle. Music is a wonderful way to refresh and share the Italian language. Check back at our website for future events. NOI Bimbi - Interest Survey Il Punto! is working on a new program for NOI Bimbi starting September 2023. Details and registration information will be available prior to summer break. If you are interested in this Italian language program for kids age 2-14, please take a moment to complete this short survey, the survey is in Italian. Fundraiser Dinner for Biblioteca Italiana Cancelled Out of an abundance of caution Il Punto decided to cancel the March 2023 fundraiser dinner due to several Covid outbreaks occurring at similar events (not organized by Il Punto!). The health and security of our members is of the utmost importance, so we thank you for understanding. The Il Punto! team are brainstorming other ways for the community to help the Biblioteca Italiana replace books and shelves damaged in the 2022 flood. Details coming once determined. A questionnaire to members along with interviews with key external individuals was recently conducted to gather input for the Punto Strategic Plan. This information will be used to prepare a Strategic Plan that will be available to help the 2023 Board of Directors.
Interested in Volunteering?
We have a range of ways to volunteer. One area we'd love more volunteers is to help coordinate in-person or virtual events, classes and initiatives. We are especially looking for a volunteer coordinator and class moderators for our very popular Italian Conversation classes. If you are interested, please contact: board@ilpuntoseattle.org
